Organization
Grace Brethren Christian School is a ministry of the Grace Brethren Church of Clinton, Maryland. It is organized as follows: The School Committee meets quarterly and provides accountability for the administration. It is a policy-making committee that is appointed by the Church Council. The operation of the school is divided into divisions and one person supervises each division. Employees assigned to their division support each division leader. Division leaders are members of the school’s Leadership Team, which is led by the school’s Director. This Leadership Team meets Tuesday mornings.
The following individuals lead a department and form a leadership team that meets once per week. The Director of the school leads this team in the operation of the school:

- Director of Student Services
- Director of Athletics
- Director of Discovery Program
- Director of Student Ministries
